There are taxis available at the airport. However, it is easy to get into the city by public transport: You can buy tickets for the CAT (City airport train) at the airport. Trains arrive twice per hour. We recommend using the ÖBB, as this is the cheaper alternative. You can buy tickets online, via the „ÖBB-Ticket“-app or at the airport. Trains arrive twice per hour.

Train

If you arrive per train at the Vienna Main Station, you can get to the Conference Venue via taxi transfer or public transportation. Both take about 20-30 minutes.

The closest stations are „Spittelau“ (subway U4, U6; train S40, bus-line 35A) and „Liechtenwerderplatz“ (tram-line D).

Getting around in Vienna

Vienna has a great public transportation system. You can buy tickets for the local transportation system („Wiener Linien“) in most bigger stations. As an alternative, you can buy it online (https://shop.wienmobil.at/en/products/244872_VIE )or via the app. Buying it online/via the „Wien Mobil“-app is recommended, as it is cheaper.
